Colin Fracasso-Boone is the founder of Rose City Tech, providing honest, high-quality IT services for homes, businesses, and events. Known for reliability and creative problem-solving, Colin and his team support clients locally and across the West Coast with Apple systems, event technology, WiFi deployments, and managed IT solutions. We are FAA Part 107 certified and value long-term partnerships built on transparency and results.

We built Rose City Tech to be more than just another IT provider. As a solo operator with a strong network of trusted collaborators, we combine technical expertise with a deep commitment to clarity, reliability, and personal service.

Our CEO, Colin, has worked with local businesses, remote teams, and national event producers to deliver everything from network design and WiFi deployments to live event support and drone coverage. He’s FAA Part 107 certified for commercial drone work, and regularly contracts on complex projects involving Apple systems, SSO integration, and Ubiquiti network solutions.

With a strong background in hands-on tech, Colin’s approach is simple: listen first, solve the real problem, and build trust by doing things right. He’s currently expanding his skills in cybersecurity and digital forensics to better serve the evolving needs of his clients. Currently Apple Certified IT Professional, and Certified Jumpcloud Advanced.
